Complimentary Intro Session for 1x1 Personal Training

The Focus Session is where we get started with all of our members. This session starts with a quick sit down reviewing your medical background, fitness goals, exercise preferences, and body composition. We then head out onto the floor a movement screening and workout to obtain the baseline information needed to individualize your fitness program.
Appointment cancellations or reschedules require a 24 hour notice to avoid losing credits for the session.
